The mechanics at the shop are amazing and so is their customer service I've brought all of my vehicles here over the years and they've always done really great work at a great price ,good mechanics are hard to find nowadays and these guys are always on point I appreciate them always taking care of me and prioritizing my vehicles repairs. recently they worked on my 2009 Toyota Camry when the water pump and serpentine belt broke out they were able to get it fixed ASAP and get me back on the road with a great price and the car's been running great since just wanted to leave you guys a great review thank you- jet Services: Brake service & repair, Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs & maintenance
Motorized Solutions is a great, reliable, fairly priced car shop that cares about their customers. I’ve been taking my car here for a few years and have always trusted the service im getting. I recently had an expensive issue and Motorized was able to do it for less than another shop. I came back 2 weeks later with another minor, unrelated issue and they fixed it free or charge. It is this kind of service that makes me trust them and will keep me coming back. Thanks Motorized!
To start, I do want to thank the employee who helped me for getting me in on short notice, and they were able to get my car running for long enough so I could get home. With that being said, they didn't do a very thorough job, and I ended fed up having to fix the problem myself. I brought the vehicle in after having intermittent battery problems. I had replaced the negative cable myself without much effect, and my next thought was the positive cable, but I couldn't get to my house for the tools to fixbor diagnose it so I brought it in. The man I spoke to got to the car the next day and said the problem was that the terminal attachments were loose. I was surprised that that was the only issue, but figured maybe the negative cable had actually been the issue I just hadn't tightened it down all the way. My car started and I was able to get home at which point the battery problems started up again. However, now that I was home I had my trusty multimeter which allowed me to diagnose the pro
