Firestone Complete Auto Care

Pretty surprised by the lack of interest in their business and customer service. I have had amazing experiences with Firestone previously but this was my first time using them in Denver. The employees recommended that I order ahead of time, remind them the day before and then show up early. I did as they recommended and they didn’t have the tires, they couldn’t find the ones they recommended, and took two days to get them done. Wasn’t thrilled and I hope their new recommendation for tires holds up to the standard they promised. Service: Tires

They tried to charge me $180 for a brake light replacement. Went and bought the bulbs for $14 and did it myself in 2 minutes. Not sure if they thought they could get away with it since I’m a woman or if they actually think the service is worth that much but not okay either way.

Update: Tried again and they were there when I showed up at 7:15ish. Did the requested and most of the recommended services at a high quality, except for the alignment which left my wheels straight but steering wheel crooked. Took the car back a few days later and Tony made sure the technician who originally aligned the wheels fixed it. Overall 3 stars for the experience, plus one extra for Tony. Really friendly guy that seriously improves the service. Original review: What a joke. They told me oil changes were first come, first serve and that I needed to arrive at or before 7am. Showed up at 7am on the dot, no employees in sight and the doors were locked. Waited 15min before calling it and leaving. Another lady was here waiting with me and she actually had a 7am appointment.
