Excellent customer service at this body shop! I’ve had significant issues first getting a car estimate and then scheduling the repairs over the last couple months, and by far they have been the best and easiest part of this process. They went the extra mile and helped when they didn’t have to and were incredibly kind. I was speaking with another customer in the waiting area that couldn’t say better things about their service and work, and driving from another state for repairs because they trusted them that much. Highly recommend!

I HIGHLY recommend Complete Auto Body & Paint. I would give 10 stars if possible. I brought my 2019 Mercedes-AMG C43 here to get my front end repaired from collision damage. Please know that there is another shop with a very similar name as this one whom people have gotten mixed up and left horrible reviews for this shop rather than the other one. Understand those reviews are NOT this shop at all! Let me start with saying Ed who is the owner has put together a team of All-Stars! Amy whom I believe is the office manager was very professional walked me through the entire process and kept me informed every single step of the way. Ed himself took me through his shop and answered every question I had. Talk about royal treatment, every single person in the building is courteous and professional. I can't say enough good things about this place!!! I had all but given up before awesome Amy answered the phone. My car was recently burgled, with my ignition and door drilled out. I must have called @ least 10 Places not accepting cars or booking months out when I called complete Auto. Right away, Amy was kind and understanding. Not only did she squeeze me in, but made me laugh when I had been close to tears!!! They had my car done quickly, then replaced my battery @ cost (insurance had denied) & returned my rental for me. Too top it off, my SUV, used for dog rescue, and embarrassingly hairy, was as clean as the day I bought it!!! This shop is not the norm, they are kind & professional!!
