Service, communication, and support were all great. I had extensive body work done on the driver side of my vehicle and the work was executed well. I had complications with the insurance-paid car rental company and Alicia went out of the way to help fix the situation. I would highly recommend them, although the wait time to get in may be long, which speaks to the loyalty of their customers.
