If you are reading this review stop searching for another service shop to use. This is your one-stop-shop for all your vehicle needs. I have had my car serviced here for over two years. They have taken better care of my car than the actual dealership. The dealership told me I needed a new transmission, this shop replaced so parts and my car has more power than I can ever remember it having. Tim has been the main guy I have dealt with when dropping off my car. However, Dwayne Jr. and Mike are the two that make sure my car is safe and ready for its daily use. Trust me, this shop is 100% the go-to place! Thank you all for being so awesome you all deserve a raise! This shop is fantastic!! I have been coming back here for years, due to their amazing customer service and complete jobs!! They treat you like a person, and not a number. I highly recommend their great service department (thank you Dale)and the guys in the garage and front reception take care of their business from start to finish and even follow up!! I bought my truck about a year ago the salesman people are great people they were really nice and enjoyed the way they treated me. This post is not about the sales department it’s on the service department. Way different bad experience. I went to take it in waited about a week until they reached out to me saying I need an entire new engine( going to tell me same engine with almost exact same miles as my engine I have currently)I was really confused because another technician from Firestone told me it can be replaced but will be pricey. I go in to pick my truck to a General Motors dealership instead. When I pick it up I see broken pieces at this point I was already mad about how long they took to look at the truck and claiming for a new engine. I wool it out of there and took it to a Chevy dealership service. Way different experience I took it in on a Thursday got a call on Monday afternoon explaining to me what need to be done and everything wrong with the truck. I received my truck th
