Shady front desk guys that recommended services that are not needed on vehicle. Rude and unprofessional. Will never return. I’m not even sure they did what I paid them to do. Other reviews are right, steer clear and go somewhere else. Edited response to shop. You recommended I change my spark plugs when my vehicle is at 40k miles which is completely unnecessary and tried to deceive me when I asked about it. I called the Chevrolet service department and they confirmed this is not a part of scheduled maintenance until 90k miles since they are long life iridium. Your reply is untrue.

Had great service here before. Asked them to see if they could fix my window. 200 bucks later just to tell me it would be 600. Declined. I don’t trust the jerky guy. I pick up my car and the door panel is in The back seat. The guy that helped me was a real jerk. I mean a super jerk. Condescending and just the kind of guy to avoid. A day later after the they put the panel back on I couldn’t open the door from the inside. Never a problem before. Like I said I had good service before but I will never return and if you get a bad feeling when you walk in. Just walk right out. You’ll know the guy if he’s up front.

Very honest and consistent with the diagnosed problem on our 2008 Subaru Outback. Replaced the necessary parts and provided a ride home during repairs. Pleasantly offered a pick-up from home back to the shop. Overall a good experience with professional curtious staff.
