Heard good things about this place for quality Mercedes service when we moved here in 2020 but every time I took my two vehicles for service or repair I always had to take them back again because they didn’t fix it the 1st time. This has happened multiple of time making me question their work. Talked to lots of customers while waiting they said this has happened to them as well. Amanda is rude, lies all the time and Gus means well but his integrity is questionable. My wife took our GL450 for Oil change when I was deployed and they ripped her off over 2k in unwanted repairs. Not the most honest place to trust them with your vehicle. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was just referring another friend to Salims and to notice that I didn't leave a review. I thought I had but I guess it didn't process. I have been using Gus and I guess it's either Gus Jr or Gus 2, I don't know lol sorry but anyway the younger guys. I was friends with a real close friend of his family and I purchased a vehicle from them and had it serviced at Salims. They always do my oil changes and stuff but I had a major repair done after some type of road and got in and ate my wiring and the dealer wanted $3,200 and it was way less than a third of that through them. Also I had my transmission serviced after another transmission place who I was friends with tried to repair a leak in the transmission and did it improperly and Gus could have charged me a ton of money if he wasn't so honest, because after my acquaintance messed with the transmission I went to two other shops and they told me it was going to be something ridiculous. UPDATE: Went back and they got everything resolved. They even replaced a brake light for me for the inconvenience. I haven't had anymore issues. Will continue to do business with Salim. Purchased a used ML550 and from reviews decided to take my car here versus the dealership for the oil change. My car had no problems before taking it. Now the "check engine oil at next refueling" notice keeps coming up and the car sounds like it doesn't want to start sometimes. They are closed on Saturday so I tried to call. No one has answered or returned my message I left during the week. Everyone was very nice when I dropped my car off. I'm hoping it's just a minor disconnect but not a great feeling to start having service lights come on AFTER service. Let alone for the service you just paid $700 to get done. I will update if I get it resolved sooner than later.
