Hector saved our family a ton of unnecessary effort and cost. We'd had an auto parts store advise us that our alternator had failed, and so we were planning to replace the alternator. Hector's second opinion was pivotal. He told us that the alternator tested fine, but the battery had failed. That was great news as the battery was still under the manufacturer's warranty! I've been on the lookout for an honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced auto shop, and am so glad to have finally found this gem - Roadrunner Auto - based on a good friend's recommendation.
