Midas

I usually really like Midas, but this particular location was somewhat unpleasant. I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change and was around 10 minutes late because of reasons out of my control. When I got there, the one who seemed to be the manager said we were late and he had sent our tech out already and it would be a few hours before they could get to us. I don't agree with people showing up late for their appointments either, but I don't think 10 minutes for something out of your control is that much to ask for.

While vacationing in Colorado Springs, my car developed battery problems. Midas worked my car into a full day of scheduled work. Before closing they had diagnosed, repaired & returned my car so I could get on my way. Everyone working were courteous & professional. Thanks Midas for the repair at an affordable price. I was so impressed by the work, knowledgeability and integrity this group had. I was not hounded about “all the things that I should/could have done” and instead given exactly what I asked for. I brought my car in for a check over before driving it across country to Tennessee. These guys blew me away with their kindness and making me feel like they really cared. This was about a month ago under their new management. Go here if you want good honest work! To put things into perspective, just the week before I took my car to a different shop and asked for the same thing.I was given an estimate of $4500 worth of things to fix. It’s an old car so I’m sure they could find a lot of issues that didn’t necessarily affect its ability to get to Tennessee where I had a mechanic waiting.
