Overall, did they fix the issue? It seems so. Went in with a very specific issue in my older subaru. I understand the issues that come with my car it's older it's from New England... that's not my issue, my issue is the lack of communication... dropped my car off on a Monday my appointment was on a Wednesday we were very specific on what we were trying to fix knowing there was likely more of an issue. Tuesday I get multiple calls for my minor issue being a bigger issue (which was expected) first price was just shy of 300.... this turned into almost 500. Then comes the we need to order a part, fine... then snow delays ups ... again fine but I have to call to find this out and I'm told will be done the next day.. again nothing no call.... by the time I received a call it was the whole rack and pinion needed to be dropped and was also in need of replacing so might as well do the job.... as well as cross threaded bolts etc etc again all fine because it's an older car that was purchased ba
