After making our way through several "typical" mechanics we FINALLY found JM Auto Repair! The owner, Jacob, is a straight shooter with a good sense of humor. When another shop (cough-Aspen Auto Clinic-cough) quoted $1,180 for a remanufactured alternator, Jacob and his team did it for less than $500 (and in half the time)! *jaw drop* The other place also quoted $64 PER spark plug...JM Auto Repair has them for 1/3 the price, but Jacob was honest and said my spark plugs were fine. His place looks like a mechanic's shop should look - it's not like one of those places that charge an arm and a leg to afford a nice waiting room with coffee and snacks.
