Honest Accurate Auto Service - West

The folks at Honest Accurate Auto Service are the best around town! They are friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Everyone is always very accommodating, too. (Additional kudos to their great van driver for going the extra mile!!)

They recently worked on my car’s front bumper which had almost fallen off from hitting the curb. It took them about an hour or so to fix it after sending it in after an impromptu phone call in the afternoon. They have done good work in the past. My vehicle was damaged following a collision with a large road hazard (it is Colorado Springs after all...). I called first thing Monday morning and they were able to work me in the same day (totally unexpected) for a quick visual of any undercarriage. Sadly, that inspection led to the need to replace a number of suspension/drivetrain parts. As time went on, it became clear that involving my insurance (after the initial repairs) was a must. Jessie and Jennifer were both patient and diligent in dealing with an unusual insurance repair. On request they retained all parts for the adjuster's inspection. I made what should have been a simple repair extremely complicated. Through it all they were extremely responsive and cheerful. I have been a customer of their East location for the past 20 years, but following a move, found the West location to be closer. Their service far exceeded my expectations (already high) and I look forward to bringing all my vehicles to them in the future!
