Honest Accurate Auto Service - East

This place has great customer service, they drop you off at home and pick you up. Great people working and were all very friendly. The reason for this review is the pricing. THEY SHOULD HAVE A SIGN ON THE DOOR SAYING $160 TO LOOK AT YOUR CAR. They then charged for the actual service which was $200. I did not like that they charged me $160 evaluation of the car. Part of servicing cars is figuring out what is wrong. AGAIN nothing wrong with the service but be very aware that to take your car in will be $160 for them to figure out what is wrong. They then will charge you for the service on top of it.

Not only are they honest and accurate here; they're also friendly and kind. I've had the Bumper to Bumper oil change/checkup twice. Have also had my alternator replaced. Had a few repairs/ maintenance jobs done. I even got a quick diagnostic once for free, when they also attached my new wiper blades at no cost. Honest Accurate is the best, hands down. Highly recommend! P.S. Since this initial review 4 months ago, I've been back a couple times. Once to have transmission fluid replaced. The other time was because 2 warning lights went on. I headed straight over to Honest Accurate. It was almost closing time, so I had them keep my car. Paul, one of the owners, was so kind. He drove each of us home (to 2 different locations) in his own personal car! They do have complimentary shuttle service during normal hours of operation. Honest Accurate? You. Are. The. Best. I’ve had a few thousand dollars worth of work done here in the past few months on my 2013 Honda Accord. They are very thorough when inspecting all aspects of the car. They’ll find problems that you didn’t know you had but are honest about them needing to be done now or can hold off for a later time. Everyone is very professional and courteous. Chloe is awesome, I’ve had her the past two times I’ve been and she is always smiling and kind. Little things like that need to be recognized because a lot of other shops I’ve been to in the past don’t meet a 5 star review standard. It’s too bad I’m moving across country and it’ll be a challenge finding another shop to meet my standards like this one. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing work done and their prices are fair. Thanks again for making me feel safe to drive my car and for being honest.
