I had new tires put on then alignment. The alignment was done wrong, my steering wheel is turned to the left while going strait and in four wheel drive it pulls to one side. also pulls to one side while going strait. I went to a trusted name and got screwed. My new tires will wear prematurely unless I pay for alignment again and pray it'll be done right. This place didn't even respond back to me on the terrible job that was done, nothing...

The good: Probably the best price for a tire rotation and oil change around which took about an hour. The bad: Evidently they don’t “wipe down” the customers car before sending it back. Now I understand from working in a shop what happens, but we would always have two people check the car for finger prints or in this cause someone’s blood just smeared on the armrest. Not cool

I have been a general manager for Goodyear for almost 19 years so I felt that I would send my son in for diagnostic on his vehicle. I spent several phone calls and felt swindled on the charges. I was in town to visit my son and did a quick look into his problem and found that it was a spark plug and ignition coil on #5 cylinder. Replaced both and runs great. Talked to the manager to explain and was told that they tried that and took them back out because it didn’t solve the problem. I advised them that I would have paid for that as a preventative maintenance. Why would you take an old plug out and then put it back in the cost of spark plugs are not much. I won’t advise work being done at this location possibly the other location in town if needed again. Poor customer service in my opinion.
