We brought our Forester in because of a weird fishtailing issue on snow and high speeds. We have seen the dealer 3 times and 2 other tire dealers. Shawn spent more time with us explaining possible issues than the other 5 companies combined. He cares about his craft & his customers. Keep up the good work! Service: Tires
Bob's Foreign is under new ownership: Shawn and Jenna! They are motivated and capable and deserve your trust and respect. I took my Forester to them after an unfortunate dealership experience and I've been nothing but pleased ever since. Shawn is a master at his trade and will not rest until he has located and fixed your issue. Shawn and Jenna are honest and fair. Don't worry about upsell here...you get what you need and when you need it. If you are looking for routine maintenance, major repairs, performance work, or even some swag-tastic plasti dip or vinyl work come to Bob's Foreign. Much respect to you guys!!! ~Brandon
This place is great! I had problems with both my ABS and A/C on my Subaru which had been looked at by other people who either didn't know how to fix them or claimed it would take too much time (and therefore money) to figure the problems out. Shawn identified the problems, and allowed me to decide whether or not to move forward with the fixes by communicating how much they would cost. After I said yes, was able to correct the problems quickly and cheaper than I had been quoted elsewhere. He is trustworthy, a very hard worker, and easy to work with. Next time my Subaru needs something, I will definitely be going back!
