I used to come here every once in awhile for oil changes. I have an old little Honda Civic, nothing too fancy. They were always friendly, and I never had a complaint about customer service. I remember someone brought a dog in while I was waiting for my car one time, that was fun. The service was fast and they did a good job as far as I could tell until about 3 years ago. I stopped showing up because the last oil change I received I found that someone decided to finish it off by covering the latch to my car hood in epoxy resin. Not a great prank dude. It took hours to chip it all the way, but fortunately the hood latch didn't get damaged in the process and still works fine. I'm still giving them three stars, cuz it's technically possible someone pried open the hood and put epoxy in there between the time I got the oil change and when I went to go open the hood about a month later; but there was no signs of forced entry on the car, nothing had been stolen, the hood had no signs of damage
Needed the pads and rotor replaced on the front passenger side of my truck, they got me in first thing the next morning and had it done in no time. Very friendly staff, great prices. I will definitely bring my truck back to them for future repairs. Took my truck back again for a blower motor replacement. By far one of the best auto repair shops I've ever been to! Fast, friendly, and prices are unmatched. 10/10 would recommend!
I will never take my car there again nor will I suggest this place. All I needed was my alternator replaced. I explained to the associate that I had recently replaced my battery, and I knew that it was going to be my alternator. Then, after they looked at the car, he asked me not once but twice if I wanted them to replace the battery? I said No! If there's a problem, I'll take it back where I bought it and get it free. Then he said my hose needed to be replaced, I said that I didn't see any fluid on my garage floor. Why is it that the woman always has to get ripped off?!!!!
