Oh my goodness…the customer service at Aspen is like it used to be. I was honestly shocked at how friendly, polite and helpful they were both on the phone when I scheduled and in person when I dropped the car off. Professional and knowledgeable, do yourself a favor and use them as your go to for all your auto needs. Plus…they’re local!!! Highly recommend “the bald guy” lol. Give him a raise, Aspen! BUYER BEWARE! Find a better shop for your work! The good:: They were able to do a cooling system repair/radiator replacement with system flush and engine pressure test promptly when we couldn't get in to our regular shops that day. The Bad: They charged us $1327 for the work. When I talked with our 2 regular reputable shops (with highly skilled mechanics) afterward, they told us they would charge $700 for that work. We were charged DOUBLE at Aspen Auto! I called Ivan at Aspen Auto to discuss the discrepancy and was told their prices are higher because their mechanics are just that much better, their parts are better and their warranty is the best around. They offered no acceptable solution and did not even attempt to address the differences in pricing. Our experience is they charge too much money for their work. BYE BYE Aspen Auto Clinic.
