I took my 2013 BMW X1 in a few months ago and loved the service I received. I called in and Bob answered the phone! I told him I needed and oil change and my AC was not blowing cold air. I needed to get the AC fixed fast since Summer was right around the corner. He scheduled me quickly and their staff got it completed fast and efficiently in one day! When I checked in, everyone was super friendly and even one of the other customers were speaking so highly of the service he received which made me feel good! Bob explained all of the details so I knew what to expect. One of the workers also quoted me on a few things I needed done as well (wiper replacement, fog light repair, and something wrong with the door mechanism where locking/unlocking did not work). Although I turned it in and went pure electric shortly after I got it fixed, I remember how well this place treated me and my vehicle.
