Appointment times don’t matter if you’re going to wait at the dealership while they work on your oil change. I scheduled an appointment on the Ford app, I showed up before my appointment time, they told me it would take 45 minutes to 2 hours. They didn’t even start on my truck and it had been almost 2 hours when I finally went in and asked for my keys to leave. They told me that appointment times are only for drop offs, not if you’re going to wait at the dealership. I live 45 minutes away, not regally a convenient distance for someone to pick me up. I specified when I made the appointment that I would be waiting there and confirmed again when I checked in. What a joke! And to blame it on the app scheduling system. I’ve never had this issue with other Ford dealerships. Won’t waste my time there again.

Good experience here for the most part. They are typically very friendly and courteous, and you get the satisfaction of knowing you have OEM filters and quality fluids. They do, of course, try to sell you additional services (tire rotation, flushes, tires, air filters, etc.) but you get that everywhere. It's never a hard sell, but always suggested. Today I was in and out in under an hour. I've had it be as quick as 30 minutes, and the longest was probably 90 minutes. I have been taking four or five cars here for the past 20 years and never really had a complaint. Of course, it isn't the least expensive place in town, because it's part of a dealership, but if you did it yourself with quality oil and OEM parts, the balance is well worth having them do it to save the time, hassle, and dirt of doing it yourself and then having to transport the used oil/filter for recycling.

Service writers are very friendly and seem to know what they are talking about. The rest of the staff needs a lot of training. Purchase Six Tires and it took a total of 5 days to get the tires and another 2 days to get them installed properly. After paying $1,600 went out to pick up van front two tires flat. Spent another 3 hours at dealership they put in wrong valve stems. Inside of drivers side was smeared with mud. They said a test drive was completed and all was okay. Drove the van, front wheels shaking at 58 mph. Front wheel alignment was done but steering wheel was off center. Back in shop for repairs. Second test drive everything seems acceptable. They did not check air in spare tire. I think this location needs a lot of training in customer service. After talking to manager I guess I'm just expected to waste my time to get a subpar job done. I would not recommend this location.
