Overall they Pride auto care was really good. The staff was excellent and very friendly. They definitely gave me a very good rate on my oil/tire rotation. The only reason I am not give a 5 star review is because their opening hours are inconvenient. They are only open M-F and close at 5pm on weekdays. I know it’s a tough managerial decision to be open later and on weekends. However honestly I think they would get more profitable business if they extended their hours to 7pm and/or were open on weekends. When you drop off your vehicle it makes things tougher if you got a day job. Most other auto shops are open on Saturdays (even Sundays for some). That was my biggest issue.

Pride Auto has amazing customer service! I was visiting from out of town and my car started having issues. They fit me in right away, diagnosed and fixed the issue in the same afternoon without a huge over priced bill. The employees are extremely helpful and friendly too!

These guys really surprised me with how honest and transparent they were about my repair options after sending in my truck for not starting. The tow diagnostic and repair all cost me under 600 dollars because I went with the minimum to get it running and they were smart and honest enough to find out exactly what that was which was the distributor cap was fried as well as rotor. Most shops would have said it needs all need assembly spark plugs and everything these guys let me get away with the bare minimum just the cap and rotor and tow and repair under 600 and was done in less than 24 hours. The mechanic was also very knowledgeable that pulled my truck out to me very nice dude. Anyways.. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing an engine repair
