Very friendly and helpful when our car battery had died and we needed it charged up. They let it charge at their shop while a shuttle home was provided. They checked the battery and let us know it was still good along with other equipment in the car. They offered a shuttle for pick up. They did all this for free and thanked me for coming in. They have earned our business next time we need car repairs.

Christian Brothers went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated during the work on my vehicle. When I first brought it in for my appointment, they alerted me that one of their lifts was down. They were upfront about duration expectations and that if the work could wait, it may be easier to bring it in the next week. I chose to keep my appointment. They were timely and honest with the notification of work that needed to be done. When they found out the work would need to carry over the weekend, they were timely in their communication. After receiving my car back and noticing a slight whine, Lauren immediately had them check out the car while I was there and find the issue. When she knew they'd need more time to fix it, she even offered to get a rental car for me so I wouldn't be without a car. She drove me to work in the courtesy shuttle. Brought my truck in for serpentine belt replacement,, staff very friendly and professional.
