Good Year

Awesome service! Got a nail in my tire. Went to firestone first cause opened at 7am & the guy said he had to take his oil change appt first so it would be an 1.5 hrs before they could even look at it. So I went to Goodyear and waited till opening at 7:30. They said they would make it work & I was out in 25min. So thank you Goodyear!!!

Honestly one of the absolute best experiences I could’ve had during an anxiety-inducing time. I had to bring my car in today because it completely broke down (on New Year’s Eve, of course), and not only was I lucky that Good Year was so close to where I broke down, but I was also incredibly lucky that they were willing to take my car in on such short notice. All of the employees I talked to were incredibly friendly, sweet, and non-judgmental even as I cried about my car. I especially want to thank the two wonderful people at the front desk who constantly reassured me that everything was okay. My car is really special to me (it was my late grandma’s before she passed), so the thought of possibly not having it anymore really upset me. I also want to thank the gentleman who paid it forward to help me tonight- I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name, but I really can’t thank you enough. All-in-all, I’m so glad this was the shop I made it to tonight- thank you so much to everyone there. Definit

These guys are super friendly and good at what they do. I'm super picky when it comes to balancing and allighnment. These guys nailed it the first time. You can tell when people enjoy what they do for a career and thats the tone thats set when you walk in the door. Bunch of great peole.
