This place was amazing!!! My car was stolen and recovered wrecked. My insurance was a nightmare to work with but Bill was amazing with navigating the process. While it took a while to get my car back, due to insurance issues, it was worth the wait! When I got my car back, it looked brand new. The inside was also immaculate. While I hope to not need a body shop in the future, if I do, Colorado Auto Body will be my shop. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I booked my appointment over two months ago following damage caused by the valet at my office building. The estimate and initial process went smoothly. Several days prior to my appointment, I received an email from Colorado Auto Body requesting confirmation for my drop off date, and I immediately responded with the confirmation. However, when I went to drop off my vehicle for repairs, I was met by an incredibly rude woman working the front desk, and she informed me that they could not being any work on my vehicle until they received all approval from the valet’s insurance company, and ALL payment up front—which is entirely contrary to the terms included in the estimate. I tried to explain that the valet’s insurance company had already received the estimate and had issued a check directly to me— not Colorado Auto Body—for the cost of the estimate, and that I would be paying out of pocket for the entire cost and would deal with the insurance company on the back end if there were any exc
