MATT IS AMAZING! PLEASE, give this guy a raise! I run a business and see all different kinds of service-based employees and their interactions with easy customers and the more challenging ones. Today, I was a pain to deal with and he stayed patient with me and assured me everything would still work out. I’ll be a new regular customer at this location because of MATT! If a raise isn’t in the cards, paid days off are ALWAYS appreciated. Don’t let this employee leave your business!

Our family was on vacation with a full load in our car. One of my tires got a screw in the tread. Relying on the spare at highway speed was not an option. We called about 8 Tire Shops in Colorado Springs, Denver, and Castle Rock, but it was a July Saturday and everyone was booked. I was in a "tough spot" away from home and on the road with my family. We eventually reached this Castle Rock Big O shop. I explained my situation, and the manager said "Come on over...we'll get you in." There were 10 men working in the shop that Saturday morning. I could tell the camaraderie was high and the morale within their team was quite healthy. I bought 10 breakfast burritos from the nearby Taco Bell as an expression of thanks and brought them over immediately. About an hour and 10 minutes later they handed me the keys. We resumed our vacation with almost no delay thanks to these professionals. Castle Rock Big O Tires FOR THE WIN!
