The Castle Rock site was crazy busy today, but the folks working were cheerful, had a sense of humor, and took the time to tell me that I could get my registration renewed immediately at the kiosk at King Soopers. Good people makes all the difference, and makes up for the wait!
I was pleasantly surprised. I went in on a Saturday morning and the line was short, the people were friendly. My car did not pass emissions (which was not their fault), and they were able to provide some ideas of places to help out.
Terrible. Website said 0 wait time. Wait times was an hour. Only 1 of the 2 lanes were even open. Horrible! Even once I pulled up, it took another 20 minutes to test. AVOID!
