Ben was an absolute joy to work with the first auto shop we’ve felt this kind of customer service. He was very thorough in his explanation of the diagnosis and his communication on when the vehicle would be finished was fantastic. I highly recommend him for all sorts of different auto issues. I was very happy with Ben, he explained everything, addressed my concerns. Did great decisions on smaller stuff. I was quite in hurry and he was able to deliver the fix really fast.
