JM Auto Service and Collision

I had an amazing experience at JM Auto. After my car got hit while I was at work, the left corner of the car was extremely scratched. The car now looks identical to how it looked before it was hit. Jordan and Tim were extremely kind and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I love the way my car looks!

Not a fan of leaving bad reviews. Especially since I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Took my car to be repaired after a theft. It took 2 months to get my car back. I never got ANY courtesy calls to let me know what was happening. It took 3 days to get the authorization by email to allow the start of the repair. When I got my car back the 1st time the radio wouldn't shut off. I left it there came back the 2nd time ,paid more money (now im double the original estimate).and they only keyed 1 door. I now don't have a key to my passenger door or trunk. Called last Tuesday and when i let them know the problem he said let me call back and im still waiting. I will never ever go here again. Oh and now the lights on my dash board won't shut off and no matter which way i turn my steering wheel, it will not lock after the car shuts off. I can turn my tires 180° in either direction with the car off.. ..save yaself the hassle and go somewhere else... edit.Just really used my wi

Outstanding workmanship and staff, they are sincere when helping you. Repairs done ahead schedule and was tutored through the entire process. Returned my vehicle spotless and clean. Can't say enough how easy this was and my "baby" came out perfect! ???? Services: Painting, Body & Trim
