This was the first accident I've ever been in and he was so helpful talking me through the process and even coaching me on the questions I should be asking the insurance company. I wreaked my car in February, and wanted the best body shop to fix my car. I waited till may to get my vehicle in. Let me tell you, it was worth the wait.
