Ideal CARSTAR Arvada Auto Body

There were multiple delays, despite several weeks to get parts and paperwork done ahead of time. Many promised follow-up messages that did not happen. Poor explanations of processes in progress, left me questioning capabilities of staff. A lot of blame went towards outside parts distribution and insurance processing. Companies Iam sure Carstar has worked with. One star because as of now the workmanship seems OK. Also cleaning after the was a bit sloppy, but I am former military, so expectations may have been a bit high. Service: Painting

I used the online estimate tool to create an estimate for body damage done to my Tesla 2.5 months ago and scheduled the repair for today. I called and used the automated text service to ask for earlier appointments. I arrived this morning at my scheduled time and was told that I should have never been able to make the appointment and that they are understaffed and cannot get me on the schedule. No call, no warning, no nothing. Completely unprofessional.

Made an Appointment two weeks out showed up for the guy looked at the car said yes it definitely needs hail that repair damage. And then waited another week. Never heard from them called them back and they said oh yeah we don’t have time until like next year to get to it. Very poor service took my business elsewhere.
