I took my vehicle in for what I thought was a very expensive suspension problem. It turned out to be nothing more than a loose spare tire. Instead of inflating my bill by fixing something that didn't need work, all I paid was the diagnostic fee. As a single senior woman I really appreciated that. Alex was wonderful to deal with. And I was really taken care of.

Truly astronomical pricing. To start off, the people are great and very polite. I took my car in for an emmisions inspection, just wanting to get some ideas and learned absolutely nothing new about the vehicle. The price they charge for labor was crazy and by the time I payed the $200 inspection charge why would I over pay them to do simple repairs. I very much wish I’d have gone to meineke for a $20 dollar inspection. But that’s not the reason I’m giving the one star. As soon as I got home, whatever they did, caused my car to stop starting.
