I did not have an appointment and showed up 15 minutes before they opened. They welcomed me and patiently listened to my issues. I got to pick their brain a lot. Unfortunately they were completely booked and couldn’t see me. They were nice enough to offer a lot of advice, and recommended another honest shop in town. Will definitely come back with an appointment!
It was recommended I take my Subaru and go see Sterling . First impression, STAND UP guy . If I was to say anything that I would change is the 38 $ charge for using my excellent credit card other than that Exceptional experience all & all.
Honest and a reliable company. Even though my car ended up being a loss, Sterling(owner) was honest and did not try to over charge me. Will definitely bring my new car here for any servicing I may need.
