Elite tires Goodyear saved us when our car made a scary noise getting off the freeway. 20 minutes later, the brake bolt was fixed and we were back on our way. Very thankful for Ryan and the elite tire staff!

I recently visited this mechanic shop for an alignment, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Not only was the service subpar, but I also had the displeasure of encountering a mechanic named Miguel who made inappropriate and racist remarks towards me. The alignment work performed on my vehicle was not up to the standard I expected. Additionally, the unprofessional behavior displayed by Miguel was completely unacceptable. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior in any establishment. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider choosing this mechanic shop, as my experience left me deeply disappointed and uncomfortable. Quality service and respectful treatment should be non-negotiable aspects of any business, and unfortunately, these were severely lacking during my visit.
