Todd was nice at first but the more I've dealt with him and his shop, he's proven to be a very rude and disrespectful person who seems to care more about my fiancé than doing good and honest business with me and I've spent a LOT OF MONEY here! Will NOT EVER come back! It's all about respect, or in this case, the lack thereof. Should be ZERO STARS! And believe me, there's much, MUCH MORE that I could say but this should be enough. Very slow and not very helpful I called for two days for a ac recharge (30 min job at best) and was told first if I leave my car over night it might be done the next day lol. Even after i told him I live in Sacramento thats pretty unreasonable if you ask me.. Then when I called the next day I was told I will be able to get it done next week. The only reason I even called is because I work less then half a mile down the road and would have been convient. I was told to keep calling around someone will help me when I asked for a recommendation. If you can steer clear of this place

The distinct lack of concern toward me and of basic diagnostic principles, or any semblance of the customer service desire to provide a decent experience was just not in the cards. The best thing done here was having them advising me to go to the dealership for any problems, because they didn't have any equipment or know how that one might expect, outside of a basic oil change for ~$180. I'm not confident the full multi point inspection or the oil change was even done, or done properly. The apathy throughout the whole experience was suffocating and served as a salient reminder to choose the people, then their product / service.
