Took my mercedes in for an oil change and they dropped oil into my spark plug chamber and it left my car with a misfire on the spark plugs, when I approached them at first they said my car was like that when I brought it in and suggested that I needed a 400 to 500 dollar repair, I had them take off the engine cover and I showed them where they poured oil into the spark plug cylinder, they said they would clean it but that the issue would remain, I stayed and watched them clean it out and did not leave my car with them alone, when the area was clean of oil and the connector clean of oil, the car ran fine again. They did not apologize for the inconvenience and did not admit to doing that to my car on purpose, I am confused about the quality of this service provider. Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Second time coming here and I couldn’t be more impressed. They are always so kind and fast and I never feel taken advantage of! Will always come back!

Just started using this auto location, I've been there twice, Both times they were very courteous and honest. I thought I was low on freon for my a c. They checked and inspected it and were completely honest. That nothing was needed at this time.. I highly recommend place.
