Great service and high knowledge regarding automotive service Service: Oil change
My first time at this automotive shop, and I'll be back! Mission Auto took amazing care of me, and my car! I had a strange noise coming from my engine area, and an awful burning smell. I use my car for work, and I was totally panicked. I normally go to the dealer, and called them; but they told me I couldn't get my vehicle diagnosed until the next day. The tow truck driver suggested Mission Auto, so I went with his advice. Mission discovered the problem, and got me back on the road in just a few hours. Yes, I said fixed in a few hours, not days! I was really worried because I don't know much about cars, and I always worry about getting ripped off, but they thoroughly explained everything needed without adding on extra repairs. I felt the prices were very reasonable. They also noticed that I had a nail in one of my tires, and saved me from a flat tire. Super happy that I found this shop!! Also, good Covid safety practices. I think I've found my new car place!
Mike Gonzalez, has been the person who has been responsible for the maintenance and repairs for my 2011 Ford Flex that I purchased in 2010. I will not take my car to anyone else I trust him.
