It is the owner involved body shop with a very long experienced manager. They are very reasonable and good at what they do.
Be very clear with what you want over the phone. They will not mention certain "exclusions" over the phone until you take the time to come in for an estimate. 1.5hrs of time wasted. I will be going to another location.
