I don’t usually do reviews but let me tell you. Exclusively imports inc has the best mechanics ever. Richard and the team went above and beyond fixing my BMW 640i grand coupe M sport. They diagnosed what was wrong with my car didn’t try to upsell me. Also let me know what needs to be fixed on the car in the future. They have great prices and don’t overcharge like other shops that I have called in the area. I highly recommend them for your import needs. Thank you Sergio for texting me and asking how everything is with my car. I will be coming back for my oil changes, tune ups and anything else my car needs. I originally started going to Sergio when I got my first Volvo back in 2006 (I am now on my third Volvo) I moved out of the area a ways back and wish I was closer because finding a good, honest and thorough mechanic up north has been challenging. I've always had a great experience bringing my car for service here. Today I called because I had a car door mechanism that broke and I needed help. The Ford dealer let me know it was covered under a recall, but they were busy and I couldn't bring my car in for a month! Meanwhile, I have kids I need to drive to/from school and my back passenger door was being held closed by a bungee cord. I called Exclusively because I didn't know what else to do. They were concerned over the obvious safety issues and made some phone calls on my behalf. They were able to find a place to get me in same day! They could have easily said, "sorry, can't help you" like the dealerships I spoke with did. Thank you, Exclusively!!!
