Elite Auto Care

Thank god I found these guys. I'm actually at the shop right now. I got into a fender bender and took my car to a body shop. They told me my cars frame was bent and the car was totaled. They even tried to buy the car off me, this was a red flag. I called my brother and he told me to go to Elite. He said he had some work done on his truck and felt really good about the guys. The manager Jaime told me we should do an alignment and see what that shows us. The other shop didn't even do that, they just looked at the car and crawled under it for a second. Jaime said the alignment was not right but that he could move the subframe? and get it close. So an 30 minutes later he tells me my car is back in alignment and nothing is bent. What a relief, I only have basic coverage and can not afford to get another car. I can get by with the damaged bumper for now. I can not say this enough, THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY!!! I will tell every person I know about you guys!

So glad I found these guys. My mother had her vans brakes replaced by a shop in uptown Whittier a week ago, she complained to me from the start. She said the brakes didn't feel like they were working and that it was taking a lot longer to stop. So I took the van back to the shop that did the work. Three hours later they called and said they "cleaned everything up" and that it was ready. So I picked up the van and drove home, I knew right away something wasn't right. So instead of taking it back to the people that don't know what they are doing, I got online and searched for a shop near me. I came to elite and explained what the situation was and was told to drop the car off. I was called an hour later and asked to come back down. The manager Jaime showed me that the back brakes had not been fixed. It's drum brakes like the old cars so it has springs and clips etc. The springs weren't replaced and nothing was cleaned or lubricated. The springs had come off so the brakes weren't working!

I was sent over from their other shop in Santa Fe Springs because I needed tires and an alignment. They already had the tires so when I got there they started right away. I was in and out in about an hour. I like these guys a lot. They showed me everything I needed so I felt comfortable and confident. They have a new customer for life.
