Have been a faithful customer for 5 years. However, recently took in my car due to an overheating issue. They charge me $1700 and few weeks later it was still was overheating. Took it back and now were charging me an additional $400 for a radiator fan motor. I argued that they misdiagnosed the issue. They denied it and were saying it was an issue. When I pick it up the car, Dan the owner who I have known for years didn’t even bother to come out and discuss my concern about the misdiagnose nor the over $2000 charges. I left without fixing the fan. All I can say that if there willing to rip off a faithful customer, it's best to stay away. I will take all 3 cars to another mechanic..

My son and I both brought our Ford Crown Victorias here to have service. They were both police cars from auctions. I had both cars evaluated here immediately after purchase. They did excellent work on both cars. I had the AC replaced, front and rear LED lights installed, transmissions and brakes serviced, work on the police door locks, other routine maintenance, oil change, etc. The work was well done. Both cars are running beautifully. I like the access and room coming to the shop. There is plenty of space and parking. The ambience of the shop is also unique, it reminds me of the movie "Cars." I have another friend who referred me there, he is also a regular. I started going to Craig's Automotive a couple of years ago for smog checks and I won't stop. Great price, fast, and good service. Plus, I love the retro decor.
