I was referred to Tho's Auto Collision by my brother when I hit my fender. I thought the repair would be an easy fix but ended up affecting other parts of the car that would also need repair, which I was totally bummed out about. I was going back and forth on using insurance or paying out of pocket, had lots of questions regarding the process and what options I had. Loan was patient and really took the time to understand and address all of my concerns. She was super responsive and even met with me on a weekend due to my work schedule.
