I can’t say enough good things about Victor and JR Custom Repair. They went above and beyond excellent customer service. I called them on a Sunday, and not only were they open, but they managed to get my car in and do all necessary repairs at a fair price. They were very transparent from the beginning and left me with no surprise charges. Will definitely be coming back to have them take care of all my repairs.

I recently brought in my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman S for an oil change. I'd checked out a few other local auto shops, but they couldn't service my car because they either didn't carry the standard oil my Mini needed, or because it was too much of a hassle getting to the oil pan (Mini-owners will dreadfully acknowledge this). Victor ordered the proper engine oil, shot me a text first thing in the morning, and serviced my car within 20 minutes. He even topped off my coolant reservoir free of charge. I'll definitely be coming back for Victor's honest and professional service.
