The whole team was very hospitable and made the whole situation less stressful. Kept me updated during the time my car was needing repair and very easy to do business with! Amazing customer service, detail oriented work, high quality repair! Came in a little shook up from my accident, but was walked through each step with care. As a young female, it was nice to be taken care of by women who are passionate about the auto industry. My insurance requested a new bumper from being rear ended and that’s exactly what I got, but even better than expected: my car was bought used and the bumper never seemed to fit too well. Carmax didn’t report any accidents but I suspect the previous owner got in one and got it fixed at a low quality body shop. I leave now with a bumper that fits exactly the way it’s supposed to for the model. That’s how I know they got the job done right, with the correct parts and really value their job.
