This was my first visit for an oil change. I was very pleased. They took my car right on time and did a thorough check. They have a wonderful communication via text to keep me updated to what they were seeing. They gave me options that I could approve or not. They showed the price of everything with an estimate upfront. I did have to wait for a filter to be delivered but they directed me to local spots where I could get coffee. Writing this review a bit late but better late than never. Brought my vehicle in at the last minute for a timing belt replacement and was relieved they were willing to take the job without an appointment and in such short notice. They were honest about the price and were able to finish the job without me having to leave my car overnight. Only thing is, I wish they had also replaced my serpentine belt which is usually done in addition to timing belt when being replaced. Lastly, I had got a diagnostic done (from here) to confirm noise while steering and was informed that I had a leak in my power steering pump and needed to replace it. I called to get a quote on the cost (naturally I want to know the cost before booking an appointment to avoid surprises, as well as ensure I can budget correctly) and spoke to Andrei. Instead of giving me a straight forward answer he asked “Are you looking for the cheapest service or are you looking for a good shop?” Why not just answer the question? I fou
