Ford Service Walnut Creek

This is my go to Ford, John is always a pleasure to work with. He answers all my questions and just overall help me feel confident in whatever needs to be done. Also, the Lady’s at the first desk are always friendly and in good spirits. All around good customer service from anyone I’ve ever spoken to here. Great team.

Made an appointment for an oil and filter change and upon arrival was quoted $120. I asked if that was for full synthetic oil and was told my car didn't take full synthetics and a full synthetic would cost $170. I went elsewhere for an oil change. Update: A ford representative gave me a call and walked me through the pricing breakdown and mentioned coupons that could be located online. I appreciated the personalized touch greatly. If you need service on a Ford (or maybe anything else) go to this service department, definitely do NOT go to the similar brand 20 miles east off of Highway 4. The difference was that John actually seemed interested in helping me and once my truck was in he called twice with updates plus they gave me a ride to get a rental while my truck was being worked on.
