Do not pay attention to the website appointment option. It leads you to believe that the time chosen, in increments of 15 minutes, has something to do with the time they will work on your vehicle. It has nothing to do with the time selected. They even give you a first and second choice of appointment times as if that determined the time they take the vehicle in to do the job. In the end, you take the car in and they work on it whenever they get around to it. They should not mislead customers with that ridiculous appointment option.

They were very friendly and efficient. They told me everything that was wrong with the car and what I need to have done overall, they were very outstanding. Service: Oil change

Went there for their Full Synthetic Oil/Filter Deal. They had to remove access panels for the oil filter and oil drain plug to do the oil change. They did the oil/filter change but did not replace the access panels. I found this out when I checked the under carriage of the car and found them missing. I called and they checked and they did not have them and their mechanic said they were not there when I brought in the car. This is incorrect as I checked before going there, as I was considering doing the oil/filter change myself. At this point, it's my word against the mechanic and they are doing nothing. I would not consider, recommend or go back to this shop. Not only did they loose parts, they try to upsell you at every opportunity. If I could rate them Zero I would. Service: Oil change
