Oh it's just the starter ? We will have that done in a couple hours. I would suggest walking to get something to eat or you can hang around here...9 hours later and at their $75hr rate. You have the toughest starter to get to and we had to remove coolant hoses and drain them to get to it. But don't worry we topped off your coolant for you for $40 ???? . I left and my car still didn't start $840 later. I had them jump me so I could leave because it was ridiculous. They wanted to keep my car for the next day or two and suggested it might be the battery or the alternator . They told me since my car has the automatic lights turned on that I ruined my battery and not to have my ac on hahaha.Thought about it at home . Walked to O'Reillys to buy a battery. Switched it myself . Works perfect and they won't refund any of it . Go ahead you guys and watch them reply to this and say that the battery was fine because they tested it in front of me. I paid over $3k for this place to return my vehicle in worse condition. They suspected a cylinder leak, I agreed to have the vehicle repaired. When I picked up the car after a month it wouldn't even make it home without starting to smoke black smoke from the engine. I called immediately to have it repaired correctly but they told me there was nothing they were willing to do. Beware of Chris and Bo. This place is running a scam. They refused to refund me as well. Avoid this place. You go in for 1 thing and you leave paying for 10 things. These guys just “find” things wrong with the car just so they could charge you/rob you. Way too expensive, they tell you you are getting a good deal , but in reality you are paying way more than you should. I got my front axle replaced and they put in the wrong seal. So the axle was still leaking and I had to take it back in to get it redone . They messed up my steering , the steering wheel makes a clicking noise now. And my car rolls to the right . This place is horrible. The owners never take responsibility.
