Rarely post but in my experience with Visalia Radiator I was compelled. The service I received was fantastic from beginning to end. This shop was able to fix what two weeks at the Ford dealership could not figure out. By performing some basic/old school diagnostics and asking me a few questions, Eric was able to identify the issue and gave me great confidence that this would be the last day I would deal with my truck over heating. He was upfront with what he thought was the issue and didn’t lead me astray with trying to do unnecessary work to make a quick buck. Stand up service at this shop which is hard to find now a days. Highly recommended!
Eric was able to get me in and out the same day with a complete radiator replacement without having an appointment. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs help
My Kia had a cracked radiator and I was referred here. They were friendly and explained my options. I can't believe how quickly they fixed my car! I got it back later that day. Pricing is reasonable and the staff here is top notch!
