I went to help my cousin get his car repaired, as soon as I walked up Sergio Lopez was very short and rude. Rolling his eyes and giving us attitude; I held my tongue at first but I eventually told him “there’s no need to be rude sir, he’s just asking questions and needs to confirm with my uncle” after that I did say “nombre por qué” and Sergio follows up with saying he knows Spanish and I said “ y yo también” Not sure if he was having a bad day or what but he then told us to leave and that he’s not going to work on our car. God bless him and goodluck but I will never go there again extremely unprofessional and rude, no customer service skills at all… mike the younger guy was nicer though.
