They are the slowest body shop to finish a car and always kept changing the dates of when the car will be ready and still there for a whole month! They have the worst customer service and communication. They never called to inform me about the status of the car needing additional repairs, and assumed we would wait. I'll never recommend this body shop to anyone. Only reason it's there is because of insurance repairs. Service: Body & Trim
Had my car there for almost 2 weeks. I was told thar they will look at my car that next day Thursday it gets there so I call Friday and they said they'll look at it Monday and Monday comes by and they said give them a couple of days more then on the 2nd week called and they haven't even looked at it yet, so I got my car towed out of there and took it elsewhere
I loved the service Tom’s provided with my 2022 Outback. The staff took care of all the insurance paperwork. I got my car back good as new. I highly recommend them. They text or call to update on the progress. Service: Body & Trim
