The Auto Shop

We had an issue with our coolant system. Auto Shop did a great job keeping us informed on when they could get to a diagnostic test and then an estimate on how soon they could get it repaired. We had to have our car towed due to a huge coolant leak, AAA came out to tow it, and I wasn’t even sure where to go. My mom recommended Auto Shop as she has taken her cars there for years. I didn’t even think to call first, AAA just showed up with my car. Many thanks to Auto Shop for helping me out as they were in fact quite busy. Very good people, and excellent communication!

This was our first visit to The Auto Shop. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Lori in the front office. She is kind, efficient and very thorough. We asked for a routine service and oil change. I have had some issues with my Buick for the past couple of years. Two different service agencies have taken care of my car and found nothing. Within a short time, we were contacted via email and text that two issues were detected. We were sent an estimate detailing the repairs to review. We authorized the repairs. My car is in perfect repair. We will continue to use THE AUTO SHOP for both our vehicles in the future. In a day that service is not what it used to be, The Auto Shop is unmatched. Thank you! Judy D.
